      Pros

      Andersen provides young specialist with a trainee sheep program.

      Cons

      Your personal conditions discussed during applying for the company (performance/salary reviews) can be changed or even closed few times during one year. On my experience it became worse and worse that forced me to leave the company after providing high quality work on my projects (I mentioned high quality according to my feedback and completed goals).

Unfortunately, the recent market decline has forced us to make some adjustments to our benefits and compensation programmes to keep our workforce intact. Nonetheless, our benefits package remains competitive, and we plan to revisit it once the market stabilises.

      – Misleading and inconsistent communication regarding compensation; – Compensation offer was based solely on a few theoretical questions evaluated by AI, rather than a comprehensive assessment of problem-solving ability, soft skills, or communication; – Disrespect for candidates' time, efforts, and professional experience.

      Avoid this company if you don't want to ruin your life

      Some of the colleagues are nice, but overall not many benefits

      Cons

      Very toxic management, the company is obviously not doing great financially, and the ones paying up for it are the employees. They use threat tactics, in general the whole company is holding on fear and burnout. Some do enjoy it due to low self-esteem and others flourish, since they can "legally" abuse others. The salaries are on the market minimum, but you will have to work 24/8 and still be punished by the management. Honestly, not worth at all to make such sacrifices
