      Working as an Education Coordinator has been a very positive experience. The company really invests in people - there’s a clear career path, tons of learning opportunities, and you actually see your progress. The bonus system is fair and motivating, and there are so many amazing events

      Well-structured processes and clear company hierarchy that make the workflow smooth and transparent. Supportive and approachable management, including HR and resource managers, who genuinely care about employees’ development. Plenty of opportunities for professional growth: you can become a speaker, mentor, tutor, or write articles for professional platforms like LinkedIn. Weekly assessments and knowledge checks that help both mentors and lab members grow and track progress. Huge library on Moodle with courses and books not only on IT topics but also on soft skills, communication, feedback culture, and effective learning. English courses available for all employees. Great bonus system for top performers and various corporate benefits — including discounts for sports, cafés, and medical insurance. Cozy and modern office with a friendly atmosphere and engaging corporate activities.

      Cons

      Sometimes it can be hard to find enough time to participate in all the great opportunities the company offers — there’s always something interesting going on! With so many initiatives and activities, it’s important to maintain a good work-life balance.

      Pros

      It is an okay place to land a first job, as soon as you get year or more of experience I'd advice to look for better place of employment

      Cons

      Still work with Russian Alfa bank and Sber Bank. Willing to outsource their employees with 1 year of experience as middle developers with 3-4 years of experience, arguing that experience will be worth it. The salary increase is unexistant. They can push to work you in your paid vacation days.
