      I have been working at Andersen for four months now and still haven’t found the right rhythm for myself, but there are many opportunities for personal development here: 1) Training and calls with mentors and colleagues 2) The possibility to work remotely and use corporate equipment 3) Employee discount programs, voluntary health insurance including dental care, and a referral program Regarding my position: 1) Responsive and friendly colleagues 2) A bonus system that motivates bringing new clients to the company 3) A great opportunity to apply foreign language skills when communicating with clients 4) Interacting with potential clients on social media – an ideal job for an introvert :) 5) The opportunity to develop skills in working with AI

      1) There is no Andersen office in my city, which is a significant problem for me and my workflow 2) Working with large volumes of information and the need to switch between different tasks 3) In my position, I need to be prepared for both positive and negative responses from potential clients

      No long term projects as employees continuously need to give interviews

      No long term projects Employees ask to go through all topic for interviews process multiple interviews need to give to clients its extra headache for employees if you not crack then they will fire within 2 days
