      The organization has significant issues with poor communication, including instances where HR representatives have been observed to be impolite. Too many non-interesting projects and poor management, which leads to a lack of motivation among almos all employees. Moreover, the organization does not seem to prioritize the health and well-being of its employees, as I have seen many cases of unpaid sick leaves happened to my colegues, creating an additional financial burden for employees already struggling to make ends meet. Additionally, there have been instances where employees have been asked to complete certain tasks post-factum, and have been reprimanded in a negative tone for not having completed them in a timely manner.

      In addition to the aforementioned issues, there have been reports of mandatory overtime work without pay, which can be extremely concerning for employees. This practice can be a major source of stress and financial burden for individuals who are already struggling to make ends meet.
