We appreciate you taking the time to provide honest and constructive feedback about your experience working with us. As a technology company, we rely on input from our employees to continually improve our development processes, tools, and culture. If you think we need more clarity on our development processes and management of legacy code, it is important to clarify that our goal is to produce software that meets or exceeds our customers' expectations, and we recognise that this relies upon having efficient development processes and standards in place. We value your perspective and would welcome an opportunity to discuss your feedback further so we can determine concrete actions to improve. We prioritise transparency and collaboration in our culture and work hard to give our developers what they need to succeed. Thank you again for bringing these issues to our attention. We're committed to learning from all employee feedback to become an even better IT company and employer.

Pros

Andersen provides young specialist with a trainee sheep program.

Cons

Your personal conditions discussed during applying for the company (performance/salary reviews) can be changed or even closed few times during one year. On my experience it became worse and worse that forced me to leave the company after providing high quality work on my projects (I mentioned high quality according to my feedback and completed goals).

We are sorry that you feel this way. We strive to prioritise the well-being of our employees and always communicate any changes to our processes beforehand. Unfortunately, the recent market decline has forced us to make some adjustments to our benefits and compensation programmes to keep our workforce intact. Nonetheless, our benefits package remains competitive, and we plan to revisit it once the market stabilises.

Pros

Decent salary for the local market, learning opportunities.

Cons

Despite the positive outlook on social media, senior management doesn't care about the employee's livelihood. I wouldn't recommend working under the constant pressure of getting fired anytime.

Good afternoon. Indeed, if your project is ending, you might be benched. However, don't take it as a threat of dismissal. Bench is commonplace in any outsourcing company's workflow. While you are benched (it takes eight working days on average), we'll do our best to find a new project for you as soon as possible.
