      I was hired for a specific project. It was cool to work with the team, the amazing PM, the project was from scratch and I liked how the processes were set up. Under the conditions: 100% remote, the salary was at the level, they paid on time without any delays. There are a lot of diverse projects, it is also possible to grow within the company. Good company.
