If you're looking for a supportive, respectful workplace, look elsewhere. This company has a deeply toxic culture, with harassment, bullying, and manipulation as frequent experiences. Leadership consistently ignores or downplays employee concerns, often gaslighting those who come forward with serious complaints. Despite reporting incidents, many employees feel unprotected and unsafe, and some have even faced retaliation for speaking up. I can't, in good conscience, recommend this workplace to anyone who values a healthy, ethical environment. Please proceed with caution before considering a role here.
