Entrepreneurial spirit. Very bright colleagues are pleasant to work with. No unpleasant office politics. Executives are improving their communication to staff. Very good benefit package for company of this size

Cons

Recent growth requires more professionalized management style and more structure for career advancement Company has global coverage but decisions are often implemented on regional level with little or no coordination between regions

The new induction training is a requirement for all new employees, but is open to all employees to attend. This is the beginning of staff development!

Positive working environment Friendly staff Pretty good management Travel opportunities Great benefits Excellent experience! Loved coming into work here, as overall there was a good, positive vibe.

Cons

There is the idea of training, but it's not always implemented Limited opportunities for career progression which can cause lack of motivation
