      Pros

      The work environment is comfortable and structured. A great team atmosphere where all voices matter and the future of the company is always discussed. GREAT benefits package, work life balance is very important to the company and there is an ample amount of room for growth; I see a great path ahead of me.

      Growing so fast as a company, I am a step behind sometimes trying to keep up!

      Pros

      My experience with the management team is that they are accessible and open to new ideas. The company is currently experiencing good growth and senior management are passionate about company success. Employees are well educated, engaged, driven and interested in their jobs. Office culture is social and relaxed. Work/Life balance is great.

      Cons

      Training seems to vary depending on department. To improve, employees should be encouraged, motivated and inspired by a clear set of universal Argus values to seize the learning opportunities available to them.
