Bureaucracy for every process, request something is a real challenge

- Communication , I was hired for another project submitted all documentation and never got paid for training. They switched emails so whenever I inquired about it they said email was not valid any longer. - Unorganized , had over 400 people in one training class and let majority go because they didn’t have the credentials that the employer is suppose to provide.
