I loved working there easy all you would do is talk to people on the phone about there account

Cons

There were no downsides of working there its a call center telemarketing job

Pros

Excellent companionship, great teamwork from agents to agents. Dress code is flexible, good pay for starters or students.

Cons

Barely any safe parking. Stressful workplace with no medical, dental, vision or other benefits offered. Some supervisors are willing to assist, others not so which contributes to the stress factor. Average level of disorganization, which causes comunication problems within clients and call center company. Coachings and improvement sometimes lacks fairness.

Pros

Extensive training with good trainers to help you become familiar with travel, 3 breaks/day, they are encouraging and do their best to keep you motivated with incentives, you leave 15 min before the top of the hour at the end of your shift.

Cons

ONE bathroom for the ENTIRE building, parking was a nightmare, they don't always honor reward incentives.
