      Pros

      It was a good thing to start working in this company. The people is around the same age as I was, so it helped to get along. Also most of the supervisors are great people willing to teach something new.

      Cons

      The salary and benefits it's just awful. Since it's an outsourcing company, you can't really go one step further of anything to help the other company's customers. Also some of the management people doesn't really care about the people answering the calls.

      Opportunity to move up within the company. Medical Insurance starts after 60 days.

      Cons

      Pay structure could be much better. No retirement programs.
