Pros

i honestly cannot think of any pros in working for this company. Pay rate during training is $9.00 an hour (and that is not a Pro)

Cons

The Trainer at Atento is horrible. You are treated like a five year old and constantly belittled in front of other co-workers if you are late, have your phone on,or happen to nod off in class because the lesson is so boring. You are fired if you don't pass the training exam the second time around.

Unhealthy environment, no organizational culture, lack of ethical treatment by the administration, no marginal benefits, no health insurance, not enough parking spaces for all employees etc.
