      It was a great company with a people first approach

      Avanade is not the same energetic company it was once. From a people perspective, leaders were pushing for a more diverse workforce but it was just all talk. As of recent, most of the members of the Adelante (Hispanic affinity group) have been impacted and given notice. I’m perplexed at how one ERG group could be targeted. Many of them were in leadership roles within our ERG. I do not feel safe here and I am just waiting to get a meeting request soon. It’s like walking on eggshells…

      Some really great people work here but sadly they are leaving by the droves.

      Cons

      What was once a great company is now pretty shaky and unstable. Way too much weight at the top - leadership that has been here way too long and is not able to bend and flex with changing times. Absolutely no job stability here - doesn't matter if you are a superstar or a dud, you hit the bench and the axes start swinging.

      Honestly, none. They are a terrible company.

      Totally disorganized. They say they want to make a "genuine human impact," meanwhile they treat their employees like disposable numbers. Massive, ruthless layoffs of people they praised as being irreplaceable.
