      toxic atmosphere, no trust, no recognition. Protect and keeping your ideas and innovation confidential. When I started I proposed one genius solution, then I found that other people put their names on it and they remove my name!!! Their managers knew that, and had the feeling that I will take their roles. .. The funny thing I did not give all the details on how to implement it. I left the company, and these guys have tried to deliver a very low level version of MY SOLUTION. That might explain why no one knows this company

      Avanade provides good benefits, an average pay check and a complimentary water bottle.

      Cons

      1. Vision-less and underwhelming leadership and thats generous 2. Toxic mid level politics are driven by the lack of vision / leadership 3. Non meritorious boot-licking culture - lick your way up the ladder 4. Attrition rate of talent is worrying - only those who lick remain 6. Minimal upward feedback. which makes it a top-down mess 7. Bad work-life balance as projects are being sold very cheap
