Pros
Great learning opportunity on the next product generation side to see an industry transformation and experience a more time “start-up” like industry.
Cons
Very hierarchical and political. Consumers matter less than internal politics. If you are not starting there, you have no support to get ahead. Generally rather under staffed on next gen product side that results unhealthy work life balance. No quality marketing or leadership trainings therefore would not recommend to start a marketing career there.
