- No work life balance.
Schedules are made only a week out and can sometimes be late.
During the holiday/semi-annual sale, home office LOVES to send "mid-theme updates." Meaning you'll be changing marketing, and setting up tables- they will give you a few hours so that you can call extra associates and stay later than what you were scheduled. Thing is, they send them so last minute that hardly anyone is available.
- Payroll.
Not enough payroll to function when it comes to smaller volume stores. I should never have to be by myself. One it's not safe, two think about LP and three think about customer service. I've had multiple customers who were shocked that I was the only person in the store working. Another thing is I'm tired of having to stay late all the time and having to come in last minute due to poor planning from home office.
- Training.
This company provides tools and videos for you to learn... However, when do you get the time!? I've learned a lot on my own and in the moment. This company believes in *sink or swim" kind of training.
- I hate hearing upper management gossip. It's distracting and doesn't make anyone feel good.
