Pros

Great company vision, stable great salary and benefits including bonus

Cons

No amount of money is worth being treated horribly. This is a good company that preaches values and forbthe most part walks the talk. However it is very sales driven and senior leadership needs to be aware that their Distrect Managers in my case lead by fear and caused a great deal more harm than good. Very little payroll for the amount of work expected. Even if you are a top performing store if you have poor leadership and they want you out they will find a way. The manager turnover in my former district attests to that.

Pros

The customer base & upper management pay is the only pro.

Cons

I was an ASM with the company. Immediately entering the company there was a lot of racism and discrimination. The worst part was if you didn't adhere to how they would like things run or If you didn't "dislike" the same associates they did then you are a target. Yes it was that petty. Upper MGT is very unprofessional. A lot of turn around with upper management because the District Manager creates the culture of "if your cool and can make me look good then we are good" If you actually try to run your store the way you feel (while upholding brand standard) there is an issue and you need to be replaced. I actually witnessed this with another manager when I started my position.. She was "pushed out". You are not allowed to have an opinion if you are not one of the "liked" managers. I personally do not care what your position is, I demand respect and if it is not given I have no use for you. I will be cordial however I will not respect you or say much unless needed. Not a company to work for if you TRULY care that your associates and customers are happy. If you don't mind stepping on anyone to get ahead then this is the company for you. It got so bad I had to literally record all of my encounters with anyone I spoke with to show the bias towards me for being my own thinker & not entertaining the gossip. Like it was bad ! But I don't regret working there because experiences like that prepare you for the other unprofessional condescending people of the world :) . Btw Victoria secret is the same company and I would recommend their umbrella or any other company under LBrands , just not BBW

Pros

Fun, easy work, Easy to relate to customers, Great sales

Cons

I loved working for this company when I worked in Montana for them, but the second I transferred home to a store in Las Vegas, it was a bit of a nightmare. The management team did nothing but sit in the back room and gossip, and never spent a moment to help develop the associates. As a keyholder working 40 hours, I did not receive health benerfits because my position wasnt considered a full time role.
