      Great benefits, not much else to offer

      Pros

      Great benefits such as low out of pocket costs for health benefits, good amount of time off

      Cons

      Lack of upward mobility and training opportunities, lack of diversity (at least on the Animal Health side), poor management, overall poor culture: LIFE culture is stressed but not following

      Not transparent, i found somebody has been doing something absolutely conflict of interest and submitted the case thru Expolink website, you know what? no one care about my case not any response from Bayer but Expolink, even it was submitted with plenty of evidences, this makes me really doubt about this company, They published on their website "Corruption will not be tolerated. Anti-corruption policy of Bayer is available"...but it's not true If any management incidentally see my review, please find case no. "weYTHG34" on expolink thank you very much and hope this will be recovery my trust in my company

      Benefits are good, people are great in general. They don't "hire and fire".

      Cons

      Dead weight is everywhere. R&D cut without clear strategy. Unclear future. Dissatisfied people everywhere and morale is low.
