Recommend
Business Outlook

Pros

Good Compensation, Excellent 401k match, Colleages are nice

Cons

Due to Litigation, the company is always in turmoil. In the last two years, there were massive layoffs. If litigation is not resolved, layoffs will continue

Pros

- Benefits as an employee beyond the ones that come out of your check. - Plenty of great professionals and collogues - PTO Benefits and Work-life balance have been improving over the years

Cons

- litigations and attempting to save a financially hemorrhaging division of the company - Favoritism and unfair treatment - Quantity over Quality and Safety - Culture of covering up mistakes and concern of appearances to other sites in the company - Cliquey dynamics with individuals who never matured past high school - Nothing is private and everything is on a "need to know" basis - Nothing at this site will change until the Leadership does

Pros

Global role Good exposure to executive management Growth development

Cons

Lack of sleep Extreme anxiety Extreme nepotism Turn over - people leave often Leadership is contentious with each other Leadership mixed messaging to perform/deliver more but you need cut more resources, yet we need you to maintain work life balance Lack of alignment despite all of the alignment meetings No recognition for lower level teammates Leadership taking credit for other teammates work Even with the workshops on people’s strengths and how best to utilize; teammates are still told to “stay in their lane” discouraging performance and innovation which leads to performers leaving Middle Managment lacking Life 2.0 skills Managers divulging private information Demotivating - Manager toxicity - using visa/green card contracts, growth wants, or transition to another team against you. Fervently giving you bad feedback where there was none before. Turf war between Germany and United States
