Pros

Total Rewards: Salary, Incentives, 401k match and Health Benefits are all excellent.

Cons

The past and present leadership in Germany has made a lot of bad decisions. Their DSO restructuring was also poorly executed and over empowered VPs who often valued politics and perception more than merit. The company then laid off a lot of hardworking managers, blamed them for bureaucracy while celebrating the layoffs and their soccer team. Very tone deaf.

Pros

Looks good on a resume I guess?

Cons

When Bayer bought out Monsanto they got rid of a lot of smart people that cared about the company, and replaced them with incompetent managed service providers that only cared about procrastination and contract fullfillment.
