      Pros

      Great 401k and benefits. Competitive salary. Management has been sincerely interested in employee development and will invest in you if you are willing to take initiative. Innovation focused company. Will let you run with a good idea if you feel like champion-ing it. I have strong positive impression of upper management in It in Pittsburgh area and in my direct supervision

      Cons

      German company so sometimes I have conference calls around 6 or 7:00 AM. Some opportunities for advancement might require relocation. I am still not sure about the Monsanto acquisition

      clique-ish favoritism advancement not based on knowledge, experience, or work ethic those that go to happy hours frequently with the boss are favored over less 'flashy' or 'loud' employees

      Horrible backstabbing and non-trusting women in management positions everywhere in the company! No room for growth unless you are subservient to these nasty women that call themselves managers. Very dishonest management team. The worst inner office environment you could ever imagine!
