      Pros

      Most of the benefits are decent Some teams are highly motivated International Teams (outside of the USA) show promise of improvment

      Cons

      3 weeks paid vacation for first 10 years with company High level leadership is changing, mid-level leadership lacks basic leadership skills and in many cases is grossly inexperienced Mid-level teams stiffle progress Organization is lagging behind entire industry in compliance activities

      Good pay, good benefits, nothing else

      Cons

      Gee, where do I start. Not a good place if you want to stay in a career specialty. Marketing people are typically sales people, NOT strategic marketers. They talk Customer centricity, but those who drink the Monsanto Wall Street kool-aid DO NOT care about the farmer, it's all about profits. The person who "sucks up" the most will go far, no matter their qualifications. The company cares about diversity and women, and will do anything to help them succeed.....anyone else, not so much.
