      Pros

      Fast moving, high responsibility, aging work force with opportunity for younger professionals. In addition, the company benefits and concentration of treating the employee well far exceed my other past employers.

      Cons

      A strong German company that still values German employees over Americans and PhDs dominate the management. If you don not have the above listed attributes, your advancement will be limited.

      Initially a fulfilling experience that ultimately ran out of momentum

      Pros

      Reasonable benefits and good research products. A good emphasis from the CEO (Dekkers) to reduce bureaucracy and simplify complex challenges.

      Cons

      Top heavy management who sometimes don't know much about how the work gets done in the field due to no hands on experience. Middle management not walking the talk of the CEO and lacking in flexibility to help employees grow.

      The company did allow for a pretty relaxed work environment in which it was stringent upon a dress code nor a strict schedule

      Cons

      Where to start: Menial pay-I have a graduate degree and friends with no college education make more, no benefits-(well you can opt for some benefits if you want to forfeit the equivalent of two paychecks), no management skills of managers rarely did employees know what they were supposed to be doing and communication was rare. Do not take any suggestions from employees and are threatened by someone with a higher education level than themselves. Gave two week notice and was let go the next morning getting to work and had only made it two steps out of vehicle.
