Pros

Made some good friends while working here.

Cons

Customer Service department is terribly run. Little to no care about the health and safety of the people working there. After reporting harassment and stalking by a fellow co-worker, nothing was done. Unprofessional and racists comments were openly made in other departments.

Pros

Great benefits. Great location. Some studios and groups are growing and valuable.

Cons

Managers get promoted from within. They are often good at managing products but terrible at managing people.

Pros

Big Fish is incredibly respectful of its employees. People are nice, hardworking, talented, and fun. The hours are flexible. The office has gorgeous views.

Cons

Promotions are skewed heavily toward males. There aren't enough opportunities for advancement. There are people in positions of power that don't have enough experience in the gaming industry to make good decisions around direction.
