Pros

Very kind people in general. Catered lunches. Nice looking office with a good view. Well supplied. That's about it.

Cons

Absolutely no upward mobility unless you've made the right friends. You're incentivized to do the bare minimum to get by.

A good place to start but a terrible place to stay

Pros

Good people, a good chance to learn and prepare, I got a chance to work with both the best and worst managers of my career there. It was a tremendous learning experience. They allowed for some flexibility in scheduling which was helpful in making work and life balance.

Cons

Directionless, casting about between programs and management styles while never giving any of them a chance to succeed. Management is political to say the least. If you're not part of the in group just learn what you can and move on.
