Pros

-Location -Newish office -Games company -They're making money, but at the expense of employee morale

Cons

-Management -Two weeks vacation for all new hires -Work/like balance - WAY out of wack - be prepared to work 60+ hours -Stock options - even if the company gets sold for billions you won't have enough to payoff your car -Benefits, meh -EVERYONE I know there is looking for work elsewhere -Human resources -Constant threat of layoffs, see a few years ago when they laid off 20+ when the company was profitable. This a short time after a company picnic when they told everyone their jobs were secure, safe, and the company was doing very very well -Pay is good, however the vibe around the office just isn't worth it

Pros

It’s a great place to start if you love to work on anything but games. Nice facility by the water.

Cons

Company culture changed completely when big corporation replaced management people. Employees were pushed around under stressful environment and laid off in the end.
