Originally one of the nicer places I worked, generally the people who work in office did their damndest for you and were kind, decent benefits and productivity incentives

Cons

After a buyout in 2018, things went downhill fast, and I have reason to believe that continued. Lots of Layoffs and shifts since then that were very hard to deal with on all fronts.

"Will my team get all get fired today?" - you never know how / when upper management is going to make headcount decisions. Constant cycle of inflating employee numbers and cutting back

Great people for the most part. Only a couple of bad apples encountered out of 200+ workers. Pre-COVID had fun team outings and parties.

Cons

- Leadership consistently showed that business was doing well when that was not the case. - Pay is not competitive with other companies - Career growth, with the exception of a couple teams. Only 1 tester out of 50+ was able to jump to an engineering position. - Poor raises even with perfect reviews $1-$1.50/yr
