      Pros

      Decent PTO and full holiday week around Christmas. Free soda and coffee/tea Orca card Most of the people are smart/fun to be around Office is in a cool location (not that it matters during COVID anyways)

      Cons

      Constant layoffs. The last one was 250 people. Some white male execs keep being promoted every quarter though no-one sees their value Almost no diversity in upper management HR is there to protect execs, not regular employees. There is a straight-up lying about how the business is doing. Compensation is lower than average in the industry and career development is nonexistant and almost discouraged (especially for women). Glass ceiling is real here.
