      Not bad, but not fantastic either

      Pros

      - Great community/culture - Good opportunity for transfer from one profession to another if desired. I know lots of people who have successfully done such during my employment here. - Historically a very stable game company to work at; you don't have to fear lay offs

      Cons

      - Notoriously low pay - Just bought out by another company and the old CEO retired. This could impact my "very stable game company" Pro from earlier.

      Good collaboration but okay communication

      Pros

      Get to work with other like minded people. Also got a chance to grow and foster self education and learn new skill sets and softwares on the job. Everyone is there to help each other when needed and wants everybody to succeed.

      Cons

      Communication can get muddied from managers to employees sometimes causing strain and confusion on some projects. Just transparency in general on what is going on in the office.
