Pros

People, and work are both very good. Interesting things to do and things the company has a great deal of fun, and they work hard to keep people engaged. You can move up in the ranks at BIg Fish.

Cons

CDI Owns and owns Big Fish. Unfortunately much of CDI's style of management has begun to turn Big Fish into a number crunching company. Much less of the games work is driven by making great games, and more by if the management thinks they can use said such games to draw money out of the pockets of their users. Very little concern of users having fun, instead they rather would get the users used to the idea of giving money for little value. The spark of creativity is vanishing at Big Fish and being replaced by greed.
