Pros

A lot of project based work/ cross functionality with team members. Really enjoyed working with the Finance and Facilities teams!

Cons

High expectations, Low compensation. No increase in pay between conversion from contractor to a full time employee, if there is its very little such as $1-$2. Using merit increases as an "incentive" in pay.

Pros

I've worked here for 3 years now and I've had a great experience. I've had a lot of room to grow and I really enjoy the hard working, yet laid back culture. Some of the nicest people I've met in the city, too!

Cons

Commuting through Seattle is kind of a pain.

Pros

The environment can be a lot of fun, there are times when you are "required" to play games to help try out a new product, and the people that work there are good. There are opportunities for internal career advancement that you don't always see at companies today.

Cons

Typical Large Company problems with legacy systems and organic growth of the business from PC to Mobile and Buy vs. Free to Play. Internal politics go a long way towards making company decisions.
