Pros

Safe and fun work environment. Strong company culture. Good benefits. Company matches 50 % of the first 6 % you add to your 401k.

Cons

In terms of salary I was not always treated the way I should when I moved from on department to another.

Pros

Good people, a good chance to learn and prepare, I got a chance to work with both the best and worst managers of my career there. It was a tremendous learning experience. They allowed for some flexibility in scheduling which was helpful in making work and life balance.

Cons

Directionless, casting about between programs and management styles while never giving any of them a chance to succeed. Management is political to say the least. If you're not part of the in group just learn what you can and move on.
