You have to exhibit Sherlock Holmes like abilities to gather the information you need to complete tasks - Seniors are snobbish and focus on very dumb, minute details in code when the "world is on fire" - Employees are switched and changed within the organization like they are chess pieces - I saw tons of families forced to relocate, and even separated across countries even though Binance allegedly advertises global work flexibility. The ad I responded to was for the Netherlands and they sent me to Dubai - After two years of being there I never got a promotion, even though I consecutively got bonuses and a raise. After a year of hard work and grinding to fix their systems with no teammates they switched my manager three weeks before the evaluation cycle - I quit to get another job that pays me 5x what they paid me - If you value your sanity and are an English speaking developer then consider yourself warned

The only good part is we do hire some good and talented people. But fully remote work is never going to work for a company with 7K employees. With the crazy high turnovers and non-stop “rightsizing” (yes Managment actually dare to rephrase it like this in front of everyone), I won’t be surprise if the quality of the company and its people drops like a cliff in the next 24 months.
