Thank you for your feedback. Unfortunately, we have to restrict access for departing staff. We usually do this swiftly due to certain security & regulatory requirements. This is simply to protect our user data and is not a reflection of the work or trust we have in our team. This is standard practice in both tech and finance companies.

Pros

The hiring process was quite fast.

Cons

Where to start? Save yourself the headache and don't even bother applying to this company. The hiring process was a complete nightmare - I had interviews with people who couldn't even get their internet together. After all that, they offered me the job, and we agreed on a salary. But guess what? They used some sketchy tool from the company deel to offer me pennies on the dollar just because I live in a developing country. Communication was a complete joke - they insisted on using Telegram instead of email and didn't even bother to reply to my questions until I complained. And let's talk about the recruiter. This guy had a clear racial bias against me just because of where I come from. He couldn't believe that I actually had over 6 years of experience and deserve a fair salary. So, unless you want to deal with a recruiting process that's a complete joke and work for a company that uses shady tactics to pay you less based on where you live, do yourself a favor and avoid this place like the plague.

Pros

There is mutual respect, irrespective of your background, race, location sex etc. It's a nice place to be. Opinions are being valued irrespective of whoever makes such opinion, team bonding activities are usually organized

Cons

Some staff feel exploited due to the salary culture being practiced as this is determined based on the location of staff. Salary should be uniform irrespective of location since the same workload/target is being given to parties involved.
