Pros

Good benefit, lots of money; Nice hard working and talented people all around; Nice managers; Very flexible working hours and places; Result oriented;

Cons

A bit messy sometimes regarding to company structures; Hard to find correct people to ask questions; No process most of times making things less efficient; Some people love to find short-cuts when doing things but that is not really proper and scalable in the long run; Long working hours sometimes due to too many tasks and lack of manpower.

“Stay away from this company if you value your career”

Pros

Only the bonus package, but in the end, checking with other companies, you will come to realize that the bonus package is not even worth it because some employees don’t even get it, and some get a small amount. Some get more than others, then they will label it based on performance, which is a scam. For example, another company within the industry can offer $5000 per month with no bonus. You will understand, in the end, you can get $60,000 per year, which is certain. Meanwhile, Binance will poorly pay you $1500 per month and still burden you with a bonus of $6000. If you compare and check, other companies within the industry are indeed doing well and still giving a bonus.

Cons

I don’t just write up anything for the sake of writing. It’s better to go to other companies and work than to work here. Or, if you just want to make your CV good for your next job, then it’s fine. Don’t think you will ever be promoted, as this company only promotes a particular country which rules the company to top management. You will be used, burned out, and your colleagues will be your enemies. Some particular set of employees here in Binance collaborate to kick non-nationals out of their team, and in the end, they never make it to top management. Sometimes it’s pretty funny. You can be fired at any time here, even with good KPIs. There’s no retirement plan, no shares in the company; you are treated like data that once they click enter, you are no more. For the first 3 months, they allow you to handle what you were employed for. After that, they will assign all the departments for you to manage. You will undergo a mental breakdown in this company. I am saying this as I have worked here for 3 years plus. They don’t care about any of their workers; they pay poorly. And when you pay taxes from that same money, you can barely sustain yourself. I rest my case here; I don’t want to go further.

Thank you for your candid feedback. Binance’s culture is certainly distinctive, with #Hardcore being a key element of our identity. However, our core values like #Freedom and #Collaboration also play a crucial role in helping our employees manage their priorities and seek support from their colleagues. We are at a transformative juncture in the history of financial technology, which underscores the importance of our work. For more insight into our cultural approach, you can read this article: [Why Does Binance’s Hardcore Culture Work?]( https://s.binance.com/OCELZSSb). We are committed to continuous improvement, and your input is incredibly valuable in helping us achieve that. At Binance, our primary focus is on delivering the best experience and value to our users. To achieve this, we aim to attract world-class talent who share our user-centric obsession. Over the past six years, we have expanded from a small team to nearly 8,000 employees, positioning us to serve our global user base more effectively. However, like many rapidly growing companies, we occasionally encounter challenges with resource allocation. To address this, we continuously optimize our team structure and resources. We regularly assess how to best allocate our talent to the appropriate teams with the necessary resources. This process sometimes results in parting ways with employees who may not be performing well or who may not align with our cultural values. Maintaining our fast-paced, low-bureaucracy culture, which has been instrumental in our leadership in Web3, requires our teams to remain streamlined and focused. It is equally important to us that we treat departing employees with care and respect. Our commitment to our users remains our top priority. We are excited about the ongoing growth within our organization, with strong new user registrations and a promising pipeline of innovation across the Binance ecosystem.
