And sometimes, this inevitably leads to letting go of some employees who might not be performing well or who might not be the right cultural fit. In order to keep the fast-moving, low bureaucracy culture that helped us to become leaders in Web3, our teams must stay optimized and focused. It is equally important for us to make every effort to ensure those leaving our business are treated with care and respect.
