      pretty much like a factory

      working remotely (but not much extended support)

      very chaotic culture and not much support compared to other "international" company, just like a factory where people take in orders and work like a slave promotion doesn't equal to pay raise either, which is just an excuse to exploit employees

      Unyielding and Demanding: Constant pressure to be available 24/7 with little to no recognition or support, coupled with relentless threats of layoffs. Toxic Workplace politics: Rampant nepotism and favoritism overshadow merit, leading to a culture where connections matter more than competence. Erosion of Benifits and Well-being: Progressive reduction of employee benefits and personal autonomy, creating a work environment where your time and energy are owned by the company. Multiple people went for a long term mental health sick leave or had to resign due to PTSD
