      Pros

      - Flexible working hours - Exposure to projects and even leading a team

      Cons

      - Management is messy and do not know what they are doing. (No clear instructions and SOP) - Overwhelming workload - Salary for analyst is not high but management expect you to take up a lot of responsibilities -Short of EXPERIENCED people in the department. (Most senior analyst do not know KYC knowledge well. Just learning as they goes) - Squeezing dry their analyst becos of the lack of manpower. -Poor management

      Great place to start your career, Horrible place to continue

      Pros

      - Friendly colleagues on the surface - Bonus package can go up to 4 months - Work from home most of the time

      Cons

      - No help will be given even with seniors saying "Ask me questions" , it will usually be few days late or met with silence. If you are lucky, you will meet someone that is willing to guide u along. - Two faced (Very common in the working world) - Increment is horrible. - Had a horrible experience with HR because they don't reply as well.
