      Pros

      For short term oriented impact and work remote. Having a taste of a tech start up feeling. Everyday colleagues are humble and friendly. Sadly, the culture and tone created by the founders creates unhealthy and self destructive competition.

      Cons

      Please come in with your eyes wide open. This place lacks professional and ethical standards overtly Chinese-working style and bad role modelling and tone set at the founder levels. i.e. Toxic culture. No psychological safety and no diversity, Unhealthy collusion, Nepotism have been observed.

      Low salary (10k/year!) Senior management is awful Too focused on number Pressure is off the charts Mass lay-offs They have recently cancelled all of the benefits for all employees
