      no red tape autonomy to make changes

      compliance culture is a facade. there is a fantastic team of compliance SMEs brought in to advise and lead management in the right direction but for some reason the senior executives have a mentality that they know better.

      Pros

      Many coworkers are awesome and during bull markets there are lots of benefits.

      Cons

      Disconnection between employee and leadership. Too many steps in the corporate ladder. Decision-making is fogged by people who do not have your best interest at heart, causing nonsensical targets and metrics. They pay you in accordance to your place of residence, very big gaps between people in the same position, living in 1st vs. 3rd world countries.
