      Toxic culture - enter as your own risk.

      Web3 company. Pay is ok to average. Market leader.

      Cons

      - Management is not interested in your development, they want you to work as many hours as possible and then burn out. Inhuman. - You are managed by numbers, you are not a person to them - Firing is quick and common, and top performers are only as good as their last quarter. - Employees are asked to rate each other, which creates infighting, not a positive team dynamic. - the culture of the company is non-existent. Mostly just long hours and bullying to get things done. Toxic culture. - Long-term incentives is not aligned with the ask from employees.

      culture that I find it hard to recognize anymore

      Was once a awesome place to find people who had the same passion to work towards the same goals

      Cons

      Dramatic change in business lines, massive layoffs going on and on, replacing full time members with contractors or even interns, or simply just expect the rest of the members to carry a crazy workload left by their peers.

      i can't think of any except that you are getting paid. bonus used to be good, but not anymore.

      Cons

      - Chinese politics, if you know what I mean - People are re-inventing buggy wheels all the time just to meet their KPI, and you are discouraged from using good open source solutions - the OKR is unrealistic - you get to experience the 996 culture - 0 cross-team communication on infra-related stuff, so it's a mess
