This also means communications are targeted. This is because we want our employees to be laser focused, and not get distracted by noise. In an 8000 employee organization, some information can fall through the cracks. But our focus is to not over-communicate and distract employees. We always urge our employees to reach out to their managers or HR reps if they feel they need more info to effectively do their jobs.
