      Horrendous leadership, even worse work culture. Places incompetent management to give directions, some of which has never had experience Upper management chooses to only promote mindless followers with no proper direction. Sad excuse for a crypto exchange when the management doesnt even know much about it, as well as cant communicate/understand basic english.

      Communication people inside whether top or mid level they never know about communicationThey take everything different . This is due to Chinese and English language Team leads are not fit enough to forecast or what is going in team 24/7 working mode but no use you wont be recognised Role and title expectation not clear Worst example of start up
