Pros

People you work with are the best; relaxed atmosphere; relaxed dress code; nigh-monthly company social events.

Cons

Pay is well below industry standards though benefits are expected to make up for that. Promotions can be scarce as most hiring for technical jobs are done from outside the company.

Pros

Easy to get a job, consistent 40hr/week schedule, free gaming stuff, awesome people to work with

Cons

Consistently changing metrics, every issue from CS gets the response of "we're looking into it" followed by inaction for 6-8 months, low pay for the scope of job, and management is too scared to do anything significant for the floor.
