      Good place to work, but undergoing some major challenges at the moment

      Pros

      Excellent people, and a good structure. Benefits are very good. Most management is very understanding for time off, etc.

      Cons

      With the split, there are no opportunities to break outside of the US Govt market. They don't give any bonus unless you are very senior (Senior Associate) level Cost cutting measures will probably take a toll on the culture now that Carlyle Group owns most of it.

      Pros

      Work-Life balance is a focus at BAH and the opportunity to get a broad experience in IT and Development is a huge plus! The 401k plan is one of the best in the IT world, especially in DC. Health care costs are low and internal training is the best in the business.

      Cons

      If you are a true introvert then BAH may not be the place for you. Networking within the company is a large component of success and getting promoted to the higher levels of management can be a challenge but there are paths defined within the company to get you there.

      Pros

      Long term career growth is pretty good. Job security is pretty good. Booz has a great name and respect in the industry.

      Cons

      Booz is full of politics, maybe more so than other places. Promotions and salaries are good on average, but can be hit or miss.
