      Pros

      BCG is a great organization. The benefits are out of this world amazing. The culture from a pier to pier standpoint is of the highest quality. There are many other groups within BCG that are worth joining and I would highly recommend.

      Cons

      OMNIA Leadership. Calling out the Sr Directors and Directors who came in from outside organizations with little success to their name and decided to walk over everyone just so they can look good. Extremely top-heavy and forcing more work on the people below them. They are a disgrace to the BCG values. Wait at least a year from this post to look back into Omnia (if it's still around).
