      Pay is great Benefits are unheard of Resume value is strong Admin support is stellar

      Gender-biased; not women-friendly (ask for the numbers, especially in the South) Extreme hours Internal politics Values have drifted significantly from its roots Competitive to the extreme Career development is not transparent, and marred with politics Money is not worth the sacrifices the job demands Part time / Mom-pathing significantly hinders your career

      Not a happy environment to work in Applabs

      Good and Free food. Cool office spaces. Average Pay

      Cons

      1. Applabs not a happy place to work in. Even people are not kind enough to respect an individual. 2. Not a correct way of utilising BCG brand. 3. No learning technically. Only digital ppt kind of work. Little complex a work and it is being said no or goes to vendor. 4. Applabs is a place with just talks no work. More than half of them sitting idle.

      The brand name. The people. The office, food, and perks such as stay at fancy hotels.

      Cons

      The Knowledge Team in BCG India isn't very good. The work in the knowledge team isn't good- it is basic and rapid reach with little learning of the individual. Their is a lot of favorism at play by the the management and they are not concerned with the development of the team. Personal growth of the individual is very slow in terms of learning as well as promotions.
