Pros

Steep Learning curve. Colleagues are amongst the smartest you'll ever meet. Interesting issues with plenty of exposure.

Cons

WLB, but getting better. Taking serious steps to improve but nature of consulting requires a lot of travel.

Pros

Meritocracy, respect for your work and what you know, no division between knowledge team and consulting staff. Flaxible on where you work after you have established yourself.

Cons

New KT model leaves less room for what was once thought exceptional. The way the model is implemented varies by the manager implementing and by region. EU team thriving, AMR and AP less so.
