Diverse, inclusive, optimistic workplace. Braskem has given me many opportunities to expand my skillset. Benefits include paternity leave, generous 401(k) match, education benefits (both job-specific and Masters programs). Leadership trusts and supports team members. Hard work is rewarded in pay and responsibilities. Emphasis on safety and fairness in the workplace culture.
